I am happy to discuss my approach to help you decide if nutrition is the right solution for you. I offer a free 10-minute telephone consultation as part of your introduction to Live to Thrive. This is your opportunity to ask questions or discuss a particular health concern. I can conduct consultations from my home in Ascot, Berkshire or alternatively these can be arranged remotely.
What’s next?
There is no one-size-fits-all approach and so the consultation process is over a minimum of 2 appointments. Book an appointment and complete and return the Health Questionnaire at least 3 days before we meet.

The initial consultation
All new clients begin with a 90-minute initial appointment which includes:
- Case review – a medical and health history discussion.
- Review of your current and historical diet and goals.
- Review any existing test results.
- Preliminary dietary advice.
- Indicated direction for the programme.
- Discussion of appropriate functional tests or supplements.
I will complete a detailed analysis following the appointment to assess your priorities and compile an individually tailored programme. This will be sent to you around 1 week from the initial consultation.
Laboratory testing may be suggested if appropriate, which enables a more targeted approach. Costs for testing will be discussed at the consultation and this is payable separately.
Follow up appointment
Your second appointment should be 4-6 weeks from the initial consultation and will last up to 1 hour:
- Explanation of test results if taken.
- Review of progress and response to the programme.
- Further nutritional advice.
Further review appointments
Subsequent appointments may be necessary, depending on the complexity of the case and the need for repeat or further testing.
These appointments serve to review your symptoms and offer further support for your programme. These are 1 hour in duration and usually around 4 weeks apart.
Costs
Initial consultation (90 mins) + follow up appointment (60 mins) – £225
This includes your appointment time, follow up research, test interpretation and all of your bespoke plans.
Further appointments (60 mins) – £75
